Good afternoon!

Welcome to the website of DWARS Maastricht, the younger little brother of Groenlinks, the green left party in The Netherlands. We observe Groenlinks in the politics of Maastricht and surroundings in an independent and critical way. Our aim is to contribute to protecting that which is vulnerable in society. but most of all we cherish the aim of having fun together. Politics will result from that automatically!

This website also hosts its very own guest-cartoon artist: Maastricht-based Zine Zouggari on a regular basis tells his own story in an independent way through his brushes and drawing pen, to make us think about political themes that affect Maastricht society.

Ragweek Movienight: Our Daily Bread

Together with UMPM/SISUM and the Landbouwbelang, DWARS Maastricht will organise in the framework of the Ragweek a movienight, in which movie/documentary, music, awareness and fun occupy centre stage. There is a maximum of 100 people who can attend this movienight. To apply is a wise thing to do if you want to be sure to be there as well! Check here for more info.
